These upgrades strengthened the facility’s critical infrastructure, enhanced life‑safety performance, and contributed to the reliable operation of this state‑of‑the‑art healthcare environment.

Our team delivered the $25 million EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project, modernizing technology, electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems across 57 telecommunications rooms within an active medical center. The work included new CAT6A and fiber backbone infrastructure, centralized UPS systems, expanded TR spaces, selective abatement, and major mechanical upgrades such as AHUs, VRF systems, chillers, and hydronic piping. New building automation controls, full system testing, and commissioning ensured long‑term reliability. Executed through detailed CPM scheduling and tightly coordinated shutdowns, the project maintained uninterrupted operations while a dedicated on‑site team upheld rigorous safety, ICRA, and QA/QC standards throughout construction.

Our team completed a multi‑phased, $12 million renovation of 23,000 SF within the active K‑Wing at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, upgrading research, clinical support, and dialysis spaces across two floors. The project included selective demolition, abatement, architectural improvements, a penthouse extension, and extensive MEP upgrades, including new AHUs, VRF systems, electrical and technology infrastructure, and coordinated mechanical piping and controls. Delivered through tightly sequenced phases, the work required detailed shutdown planning, multi‑shift scheduling, and close coordination with VA staff. A dedicated on‑site team implemented rigorous safety, ICRA, and QA/QC processes to maintain uninterrupted operations and ensure high‑quality performance throughout construction.

Our team delivered the $11 million PACT Realignment project, constructing a new 12,000 SF three‑story addition and completing phased interior renovations within the active Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC. The work included selective demolition, ICRA‑compliant preparation, new structural foundations, masonry and glazing systems, and full interior architectural upgrades. Extensive MEP improvements—new AHUs, mechanical piping, ductwork, sprinklers, and updated temperature controls—were integrated with existing building systems, supported by certified testing and commissioning. Delivered in five coordinated phases, the project relied on detailed shutdown planning, multi‑shift scheduling, and close coordination with VA staff to maintain uninterrupted patient care and facility operations.

Our team supported the roof coating project at the North Las Vegas VA Medical Center by removing the outdated lightning protection system to allow roofing crews to complete a full coating over the existing rolled asphalt roof. We provided new UL‑listed 2026 drawings and coordinated closely with the roofing contractor to remove, replace, and fully recertify the 25‑year‑old lightning protection system. The upgraded installation was inspected and approved under current UL standards, ensuring enhanced safety and long‑term compliance for the facility.
